placed an order (order id OD224451934755720000) with flipkart on 19 march with promised delivery on apr3 . till date 16 apr22 order not received and no response from flipkart on order cancellation and refund. escalated till the level of ceo also, he doesnt bother to respond. company is complete fraud. grievance officer exists in name only, doesnt look into complaints at all. just sitting on company payroll and minting money.
