I have order grocery from jio Mart in 19/08/2020 order no 15978522709162333A and paid ₹3,401.30 online. The delivery date was showing 21/08/2020. But after 21st the delivery date was showing the next date. On 27th the delivery date was showing 28/08/2020 and on 26th I have received message that for this order a refund of Rs 268.21 processed. On 28th on Jiomart app is showing that thevorder was delivered on 27/08/2020 but till date the order is not delivered at my place. Since 28/08/2020 I am sending mail to them but no action is taken from their side. Only I am receiving assurance mail that
