I Richardson have ordered BenQ GW2480 24-inch 1080p FHD Eye-Care Monitor(ORDER ID # 402-5170487-8708322) (Rs: 12,900) and
Crucial BX500 1TB 3D NAND SATA 6.35 cm (2.5-Inch) Internal SSD – CT1000BX500SSD1 (ORDER ID # 402-8043769-6451569)(Rs: 7,799) on january 18 2022 using credit card on EMI.
. I ordered both on different time on the same day . SSD was suppose to be deliever on january 20 th 2022 and Benq monitor was suppose to be delievered on january 21st 2022 .
On 20 th i got the message that both the Crucial SSD and Benq monitor will be delivered on the same time ,i even got the OTP for that ,on after i got the call From Delievery
person i told him come to my house but he insisted and told me to come down and get . as i went down he Handed me the package and asked for OTP but i got cusious over the
pacakage as there was only one .i asked him where is the other package he told me there is only one but i told him there was suppose to be two .he told me as he have no idea
. I tought it may be inside the box so i just gave him the OTP thinking everything will be Fine ,Now i got message Stating the Order status as delievered But when i opened the
package on my home there was only Monitor no SSD and there was a bill for two products. I immidiately called the Delivery guy and asked him to check the container again he told me
call the customer care so i logged the complain through chat as well as well as through call ,they asked me to wait for 3 days so if the product got missed it might get delivered
but it didnt happen .So again i called the customer care they told me wait for 5 more days so that they could investigate it .Again i waited when i called them today about the report
they said since it’s an OTP Based delievery we can’t Refund or Re Deliver it . i’ve been using amazon for more than 5 years i never had any problem with them before and my profile
is totally clean as i have not complained or returned any of their products Now one of the item is missing i raise a complain they are not investigating it further more .
I have contacted them through chat ,Mail,Phone call , Facebook and twitter all of their customer care executives says that they can’t proceed on the complaint further more
