I had ordered a pizza on 12th July 2024 at 10:21 pm from Ovenstory Pizza, Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapura outlet amounting a total bill of Rs. 164.85. Order number- (ONDC_077017kei4lO) via Ola Food delivery app.
The order was marked as Delivered in the app even though no delivery partner was even assigned to deliver the order. Hence I didn’t receive my order. I contacted with Ovenstory customer care, they told no order is even placed with my name.
As there is no such option to directly contact with Ola food customer support, I have raised a ticket in the app (Ticket No. 1158428). But I haven’t yet received any response. Kindly help me out resoving my issue.
