I ordered flats on flipkart app it was shown delivered status in the app on 18th april.. After that I called customer care… They told me that it might be a technical error… You will get your order within next few days… I have still not received my product and the executives continuously argue saying that it has been delivered… I have not received my product and my money is also gone… When I asked flipkart executive to contact me to the delivery agent… There was no response from their side.. So shall I consider that Flipkart is a fraud app?
