Text of Complaint by namasivayam:

Nine bags of prettykrafts travel bags were ordered in prepaid condition.The order informed me will arrive together.But I was shocked when I received my order
Three covers with outer label stating each cover contains 3 bags But on opening the cover I found only one bag in each cover Immediately I returned my order but I was not paid in full settlement 439×9
But I had a refund of 439 only
I feel a prepaid customer is cheated
I ordered through SNAPDEAL SO IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE THE GRIEVANCE OF A PRE PAID CUSTOMER
