Sir on 08 April 2021 I ordered a leather case for my mobile, but unfortunately I never received that order and when I tracked the order status it showed delivered. I don’t know how this is possible when I never received the product nor I signed the delivery receipt. I think your deliver person has done a scam. Although the amount of the product is very small (269Rs) but it is a case of fraud done to me. I request you to inquire the case and instruct Amazon to either deliver me the product or provide me a refund of the amount. I hope that this matter will be handled on priority basis. Looking forward to hear from you.
