On 20 June 2023, I made a food order on ONDC app. I had given the correct address. previously one time they delivered the food correctly for that address and this time the delivery person called me she said she doesn’t know the address so I guide her through the phone but she was not understandable so I sent my location to her personal number. After sometime she called and said she couldn’t find and she is cancelling the order. But without delivered in the ONDC order status it is showing its already delivered. So I contacted them they were said they couldn’t refund and Next time I need to give my correct address.
