Dear Flipkart Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the delayed delivery of my 6-seater dining table order, which was supposed to be delivered on 30th Apr 2023. I was eagerly waiting for the table to arrive so that I could furnish my dining room, but to my dismay, it has been delayed by 12 days without any prior notice.
Also, Flipkart customer server very bed experience which I receive this time.
30th-Apr-2023 was last date to delivered this order.
1st Communication and promise date by customer care:-
On 01-May-203 got notification that my order is delay and same time got mail that this order will deliver till 5th-May-2023.
2nd Communication and promise date by customer care:-
On 04th-May-203 got notification and mail that this order will deliver till 08th-May-2023.
3rd Communication and promise date by customer care:-
On 08th-May-203 got notification and mail that this order will deliver till 12th-May-2023.
4rd Communication and promise date by customer care:-
On today 12th-May-203 got notification and mail that this order will deliver till 16th-May-2023.
And I sure this date is also going to skip and they will drag this for another 4 days in 16th-May-23 for sure.
As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I have always relied on your services for my online shopping needs. However, this delayed delivery has caused a significant inconvenience to me and my family, as we had to make alternate arrangements for dining until the table arrives. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I would appreciate it if you could keep me informed about any delays in delivery so that I can make the necessary arrangements.
I would like to request you to please expedite the delivery of my 6-seater dining table as soon as possible. I hope that you can understand my situation and take appropriate action to ensure that this delay does not happen again in the future. Your prompt action in this matter would be highly appreciated.
