I ordered ola scoter on 10 march and i made full payment at once and i got mail and text mesage that it will be delivered by 19 march. But today is 19 march but my scoter is not yet dispatched. I sold my old bike to give full payment. Everyday i tweet , email and call customer support but they only say you will be notified and we cant do anything. This is very bad experience of not geting product on time and no suport even before buying and doing full payment.
I want to ola to dispatch my scoter on 19.march only otherwise i will cancel my order.
