Dear Sir/Madam,
I order 3 piece of clothing from beforeothers.in. Out of these 3, two were co-ord sets and one top. When the parcel was delivered to me, I received only two out of these three products. One orange stop and one white coord. I spoke to someone on Instagram that I want to exchange the product with the top and I sent the image of that as well.
First of all, nobody replied for so many days and the reply that I received after a long wait was that they’re working on this but nothing had been done and I’m still waiting. My exchange has not been initiated and one product that has not been delivered to me is still undelivered.
And something that is very unprofessional is that nobody replies or receive the calls as I have made numerous attempts to connect with you.
I have all the screenshot of the chat and proof of payment and order made and every thing with me.
I am filing this complaint because nobody is getting in touch with me regarding this from their end.
