Sir/Madam
I ordered mobile phone through online store of airtel on 27.12.2018 and paid initial amount. my documents (Adhar) were collected and i received a message that i shall receive the phone by 04.01.2019. however, i did not receive the same. i have repeateldy called to customer service which have given varied responses including that my documents were verified and i shall receive the phone within 24 hours. meanwhile i received a call from vulcan express saying they need my adhar again. i asked to write an official e-mail as i had booked from airtel online and was unaware of role of vulcan express in same. however only an e-mail id was received through a phone message. now, after my further repeated intereactions with customer care i have been informed that my order has been cancelled as my adhar card has not been received.
this repeated false informations and accusations have called me mental agony and utter inconvenience in this digital era where phone is a basic necessity. pl register my complain against this dishonest company.
