I have placed order of HP laptop worth INR61000 and paid full amount and the expected delivery date was October 24 but they did not deliver the product on the promised date

I have called the Flipkart customer support many times on October 24 and they promised that the product will reach by 7pm but it hasn’t delivered and then they updated the expected delivery date to October 29

I have waited patiently till October 29 and on Oct 29 around 9am, i have called the Flipkart customer support and asked about the delivery and they again promised me that the product is going to be delivered by EOD Oct 29 but it hasn’t yet delivered till date.

Reached out to Flipkart customer agents many times, they were really helpless and denying my call and non-responsive

I have news from one the Flipkart agent saying that the money is being routed to some other investments and Flipkart is bluffing it’s customers for some days after placing the order and then they are cancelling the order.

My order amount of ₹61000 was blocked for nearly 20 days and product was not yet delivered
