Hi Team,
I myself Vikrant Suryavanshi. I have been placed an order for Vivo Y91i mobile on 4th of July, 2020, Order Id – OD119071570154350000 from flipkart.
I have been called to customer care service for innumerous time. Still they are telling me that your order will be deliver to you by today or tomorrow. But they failed to send.
My order should receive on 9th July’2020 as per flipkart updation but they extend this to 10th July’2020. And now they are not showing any kind of deadline apart from 10th July’2020. Just giving false promises to the customers.
One of their ustomer executive told me that we can’t show the date apart from 10th July because it has already been extended from 9th July to 10th July. We can just show 1 day extension in our system even if you are getting your order on some other day. This kind of conversation showing the accuracy of the service.
I have also placed an order for kids wear order I’d -OD119071711398148000. Still not received this order as well.
I have escalated this issue to cs-head and to escalation dept as well, also kept cc to their ceo well. Still failed to resolved the issue.
