I Placed An Order For Groceries At Flipkart, Order No – ODASIN Date of PurchaseASIN Amount paid- 2487 /- And Although It Was Marked As Delivered, It Never Arrived At My House. I Filed A Complaint With Flipkart Because It Was A Prepaid Order For Which I Had Paid The Full Amount. After Ten Days Of Inquiry, They Closed My Complaint Without Posing For My Consent, And I Never Heard Back. They Also Declined To Take Up My Grievance again Regarding The Order. I Politely Requested That The Flipkart Representative Provide Accurate Investigation Details, Such As The Recipient, Name, Or OTP For A Delivery That Did Not Occur, But They Did Not Answer And Just Apologized For Cutting The Call.
I Still Haven’t Received My Order Or Refund After 22 Days, And Flipkart Hasn’t Responded Either.
