I have ordered boat earbuds vide order no.5991 Dated 11 Jul 23 from ,

Physical address: 101, purnima appartment, 400026 mumbai MH, India.
The payment was successful done and the same has been acknowledged by that side too. The screenshot of the same has been attached.
Till date I have not received the item nor any communication from the seller. Kindly help me in getting the money return or the item may be delivered.
