I had placed an order worth on the Paytm ONDC food app and did not receive the order. The restaurant (Sri Mahalakshmi Sweets, Vijayanagar, Bangalore) says that the order was picked up but the delivery person initially told me the order was cancelled when it was already showing as delivered. He called again and told me that the order was ruined because of rain. He is not even sticking by the same excuse, so clearly, it is a lie. I have been scammed by Paytm ONDC app and the delivery person.
