I ordered Air Fryer for my son on his birthday for gift. The delivery boy called me and said he reached my son’s house Veena Senetrio, C-1001, She’ll Colony, Chembur Mumbai, Maharashtra- 400071 then I have him the OTP for delivery because my son was in the office. When my son reached home after 8 pm but he didn’t receive the parcel. The I called customer care they told that your shipment is misplaced and it will reach on 27th June, 2023 till 9 pm but the order didn’t reach then I again called customer care they told me that the shipment will reach on 28th June, 2023 but still the order didn’t reach. The order is still not delivered. We again called the customer care they told me that they cannot do anything because I have given OTP. Then I told my son to check the CCTV camera footage of society and Lift. But in the CCTV footage there was no delivery boy found. I need your help to get my order delivered to my son.
