Dear Sir/Mam,
I have order a mobile phone Via Amazon app on 18-april-2023 morning 6 , and they give assurance that they delivery the order on 20-april-2023. Still now i did not get any update from their side, and Also we tried 22 times via customer care. But they told there is delay due to some external factor. This was the answer they told on 18-april-2023 night after 10;35 clock. And then yesterday night 7.30 Pm also tried customer care and they said same reason there is delay due to some external factor. Amazon company did not give a proper response and we requesting for the Justice. Delay in delivery means failure to make their commitment. There is way that once we not maintain proper amount in bank means they charge finality, for this kind of delay and irregular activities this company also pay finality for this issue
As prime subscriber i need to get order on time .but there no value for prime subscriber. Customer people like escalate team dipash talking very rude and giving false information.
