We ordered an item from flipkart on 3/10/19.we made online payment for that item (3304).it should be delivered on promise date 21/10/19, but it didn’t delivered. They given another promise date 28/10/19, but that day also our product is not delivered to us.we are waiting since 28 days still our product is not delivered….

I would suggest , Stop buying from Flipkart.
Seems like fake sellers are registered on Flipkart and Flipkart is also not doing anything for customers.
I also faced same problem recently but somehow managed to resolved it after multiple follow ups.
