I have ordered from Club Factory Crystal Diamond Ring, Zircon Crystal Titanium Steel Ring, Gold Diamond Princess Ring on 4th of Jan. 2019, order no. SO82261514.

But not delivered to me till 7 Feb. 2019. I also called to customer care, but not got any satisfactory answer for it.

Showing on the courier site that my order has been lost.

So I request you to kindly resolve the issue ASAP
