I had placed an order on 27th April and it was supposed to be delivered on April 28th ( Order ID – OD124789287878110000). The order is prepaid and yet to be delivered. On contacting your customer care i was told there is a delay and will be delivered by 3rd May. Every time I call your customer care, either I am told to wait for 24 hours or call is disconnected. I don’t know who to reach out. This is pathetic service. It’s a very small order and still u guys are not able to deliver it or give me any clarity. I just can’t keep waiting and calling you guys everyday. I really need an action against whatever is holding back my order and a compensation of the stress it has caused me.
