I ordered a Panasonic Ac on 7th October 2021 which was supposed to be delivered by 18th of October and yet amazon never fails to disappoint. I have still not received the AC or any update regarding this issue.We’ve been in contact with the customer service several times on 20th, 23th, 25th, 28, and today to be exact and yet the only thing they asked us to do was wait for two days. Today they asked us to cancel our order even though the first installment of the EMI has already been cut from my account. This is enraging we been trying to resolve this issue for last 10 days and yet everytime we call you ask us to wait for two days and yet at the end of the day there is no solution by your side. So what are we supposed to do just wait like this forever and call every two days???? The other AC that was supposed to be exchanged has been Uninstalled for 12 days and that’s been a big hassle in this festive season. This is my worst experience with Amazon. Its like they only care about the money and give no shit about their costumers.
