I ordered a clock on Feb 21 2021 for 1999/- I have been following up with them and the product went back to production for 3 times in the quality check at their end. I waited and was very patient with them. From past 2 months they stopped replying. I am still willing to wait but they are not responding with the new ETA of delivery.
