Hi Flipkart,

 

 

 

 

I’ve ordered a Mi 4A 100cm (40″) LED Smart TV on 26th February, 2021.

 

I was being promised that I’ll get my product within 28th February, 2021 08.00pm.

 

Now, the time is 10.00pm. Is this a joke going on with Flipkart?

 

Is this how you guys ‘PROMISED’ to your loyal customers?

 

Is this the way to give ‘EXCELLENT’ Customer Service apart from any other E-commerce in India?

 

I’ve already ‘PREPAID’ the full amount of Rs. 20000 for the product via my Debit Card!

 

When I’ll be getting my product? If you don’t answer this via an email/give a ‘APPROPRIATE’ senior executive call back to me, because the Advisors making joke to put the customer (me) on hole for 30mins & more. And then disconnected the calls from themselves.

 

I need proper feedback asap.
