I placed an order (thro ltonlinestore.com website) for Canon Cartridges on June 12, 2020 and even paid for it upfront (Rs 4846.36). I have not received the product or a refund until now. Company has not responded to any of my emails or phone calls over past 5 months. Order #20-21-240692
