I’m holding prime membership on Amazon. I’ve order Glass tifin from Amazon on 2nd Oct 2022. Which suppossed to delivered on 3rd Oct 2022. I haven’t got the my parcel yet however on Amazon app it is showinf as delivered. When I called Amazon customer care number for refund they said you have to wait till 5th Oct 2022. My question is, I’m paying extra amount to get fast delivery by enrolling Prime Membershipe. Which is kind of fraud.
