I am writing to bring to your attention some serious concerns regarding my recent orders, and I am disappointed to say that my experience has been far from satisfactory.
Order ID #489515497240 – Not Confirmed (SUPPLIER BALAJI CLOSET):
I placed an order for six products, and to my dismay, one of the items (Order ID #489515497240) has not even been confirmed. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from your customer care, I have been told that they cannot locate the order. This is both frustrating and unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. (688 rupees)
Order ID #438978953225 – Shown as Delivered but not Received (SUPPLIER MEEPAL) :
Another alarming issue is with Order ID #438978953225, which is marked as delivered, but I have not received the products. I find it highly concerning that I am being charged for items that are not in my possession. I insist on a prompt investigation and a refund for the undelivered items. (700 rupees)
Previous Incident of Receiving Incorrect Product:
This is not the first time I am facing issues with Meesho. In a prior order, I received a dirty saree instead of the product I had ordered. Such incidents cast a shadow on the reliability of your service, and I cannot tolerate such lapses in quality. (2000 rupees )
