Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am Deepak Gupta from Howrah (West Bengal) and I have booked Jio Fibre on 04.05.24 noon with a promise for installation the same day by 6PM.
Since than my appointment is not getting adhered and has been put on hold by the teachnicians/Jio team. I have also called your Jiocare 3 times wherein they assuring installation on next day. This is continuing for the last 3 days continuously.
Now as a result of this, me as a customer getting deprived of the service for which I have already paid. Jiocare customer care number (18008969999) is also not working.
This request is raised for help with Installation else initiate the process of reimbursement. Now I am also getting annoyed for the treatment I get from Jio team.
