Hi,
I have placed this order SO67192298 of Rs.1561 on 19th Nov.
But I have never received this order , in the app it is showing delivered on 1st dec…I have complaint about it multiple times on club factory online suppot ,but never got any assured reply.
I was told by their online operator that my concern has already been escalated to Senior department ,kindly wait for 1-3 working days …but never got any revert after that.
Request Consumer Forum to intervene as they can take cutomer’s money like this…
