Dear Sir/madam
I got the ordered mobile on 21 October 2020 and received on 25 October 2020
after checking mobile and functionality I found too much hanging problem and automatically application shutting down hands free mic is not working and within 2 hours I had given complaint to amazon and today is 2nd nov 2020 straight away I got the reply from amazon that they will not do replacement as well no refund ( in these days I have done too much follow up but all waste) I am very upset and frustrated and harassed
Please help me in getting my money back and also make arrangement to fine company so that next time they don’t do such cheating work.
