DEAR SIR
I HAVE PLACED A ORDER OF SOFACUM BED WITH ORDER ID OD125695904681359000 ON 10TH AUGUST 2022 AND PAID FOR THE SAME AND ITS EXPECTED TO BE DELIVERED BY 20TH AUGUST 2022…ON 19TH OF AUGUST 2022 THROW OUT MY OLD SOFA AS I KNOW WILL GET NEW SOFA CUM BED DELIVERED BY 20TH AUGUST…BUT SUDENLY WHEN I AM CHEKING THE STATUS OF ORDER ON 19TH AUGUST 2022 AT 4 PM. I NOTICED THAT THE ORDER IS CANCELLED AND I DID NOT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CALCELLATION …WHEN I RECHECK WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THE ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED FORM THE SELLER END. . ME QUESTION IS ,, DOES FLIPKART DOES NOT CARE TO INFORM THE CLIENT ABOUT THE CANCELLATION
AND IF THE SELLER CANCELLED THE ORDER IT TAKES 9 DAYS TO UPLOAD THE CANCELLATION STATUS. AS WHEN THE DELIVERY SUPPOSE TO BE IN THE VERY NEXT DAY.
SO KINDLY TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO….AS I THROWN OUT MY OLD SOFA WHERE MY 2 YRS OLD SON WILL SEAT.
IT IS CLEAR NEGLIGENCY OF FLIPKART TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITHOUT GIVING SINGLE INFORMATION ABOUT THE CANCELATION TO THE CLIENT.
SIR, I NEED A POSITIVE EXPLANATION FROM FLIPKART . I AM VERY MUCH ANOYED FROM FLIPKART..AND I MAY GO TO CONSUMER FORUM.
