I ordered the item on 30/July /2020. On 10/August /2020 I received sms from Amzon delivery team that they attempted to deliver the item and the will try again. The next day also I didn’t received it. So on 12/August /2020 I complained to AMZON customer service through chat and they promised that I will receive the item on the same day or the next day also I gave another alternateccontact number too, but didn’t get. Again I complained through customer service and the repeated the promises. After that once again I did the complaint but no result until now. This is totally un acceptable.
- I loose my time and I’m really upset with this irresponsible attitude from amazon.
