I already putted the mail on Amazon and also Consumer Sewa
Dear Amazon Team,
Me & My Family is your Prime Customer, Im VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with Amazon, and Your Service is Worst … Cheapest… and Sorry to say 3rd Class
How much time to follow my order, first i Ordered on 8th February 2021 ( Order No. : 403-4035477-7166724 ) and your delivery boy had come on 10th February 2021 but his not understanding how to exchange the product and “he told me sir please cancel this and again put the order”.
22nd February 2021 (Order No. : 403-056421-5374768) I again putting order and delivery date 23rd February 2021 showing in Amazon App., today is 25th February i daily called in Customer Care your operator told me
“Sir today any how we delivered your order”
“Sir before 9pm you receive your order”
” you wait today any how in between 11am to 2pm”
Etc…………….
Dear Amazon my working time is 10:00AM to 7:00PM and my designation is Maintenance Manager, and 23rd February 2021 i called in customer care & your Operator told me “sir Your order is delivered, Delivery boy will reach before 09:00pm please wait at delivery address” i waited in Security Cabin because my office is closed, that time im feel very embarrassed.
This is Your Policy to make customers feel Embarrassed or wait in a Security Cabin or Roadside and I’m your PRIME CUSTOMER.
