I had booked items on 15.8.2023 vide order number 38693.I have not received the order so far. The payment of Rs. 657/ was sent through Phone pe to 4897691162095 UPI/DR/322794748393/KHUSIFAB/UTIB/mab.03722/UP
They are not even responding to my email. The email I’d given by them is storeoxone1@gmail.com.
