I had booked radiant look multi colour full sleeves casual top on 16th September 2020 through website www.fancystylelook.com and paid the amount for the same online. received the confirmation on the same day as ORDER NUMBER 13289. Still I have not received the same. Kindly guide me to refund the amount or file FIR against them.
