I ordered flowers and cake worth approx 4.5k rupees on August 9th, 2025 for my mom’s birthday on 10th August and nothing got delivered in the delivery slot of 9am to 12pm. When raised a complaint, I got a reply that it is put on hold and will be delivered as per standard delivery timelines. Now it is already 9pm here and there is no reply and no way to contact them. And I never received the order. My money has been wasted and these people are cheaters and fraud. I want to escalate this to cyber crime and want full refund for my money and want this business to be shut so that they stop cheating people with their hard earned money
