I made two Orders for Mother’s Day on 14th May, it was supposed to be delivered by 6-9pm that Day. I kept waiting when until 10 pm it was not delivered, I tried calling them but its always on hold cant talk to anyone,I sent email but didn’t receive any orders on Mother’s Day sadly. Next day I got a reply to my email saying we have a high volume of orders on Mother’s day sorry for inconvenience, I still didn’t think its fraud untill they didn’t send it the next day I checked on google and realized they are frauds. I kept emailing and calling them still no delivery made. 3rd day after my so many emails they said my orders are not available they will send substitute but untill today no delivery made. I tried calling so many times like so many times but still same no answer. When I got frustrated and asked for refund , but no refunds received yet. And today they emailed saying your order is delivered which is a lie because when I tracked my order status says its on hold and my mother never received any gifts. Please take action as I can see so many people have suffered from this frustrating experience of fraud if you look at their reviews on BloomsVilla website or on trustpilot.
