The delivery agent called once and didn’t speak anything on the phone. And cancelled the delivery of my product for the second time. I placed the first order on 22nd October they cancelled the delivery and didn’t refund my money. And asked me to place the order again and again they did not deliver my product. I’m facing terrible customer services and a very unpleasant experience with mamaearth.
