I have placed order on 3 January 2023 via mobile app of Flipkart Health plus…
The order was placed successfully but was not confirmed and shipped by Flipkart Health plus even after uploading required prescriptions.
This is very poor service by company and a compensation should be provided to me by company.
Medicines are Essential Commodities and these medicines are very much required for a Comorbid Patient like me.
I have also raised Complaint No. 70794 via company’s Helpline number on 06 January 2023.
This is very Lethargic and Irresponsible behaviour by the Management . The person Accountable must be punished for this kind of Irresponsible work.
I would like –
* my order delivery on Emergency basis.
* a compensation for keeping Life in Danger of a Comorbid Patient.
* the company to set up an Internal inquiry and the person Accountable must be Punished as per Rules and Laws…
All the relevant documents attached..
Kindly take immediate action on the issue.
