I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with an order I placed on your platform. Order details are as follows:

Delivery Address: Union Bank of India MLP Siliguri, Near ashighar more ghugumali, Siliguri
I am extremely disappointed to inform you that although the tracking status for my order indicates it has been delivered, I have not received the package. Moreover, the delivery attempt was made on Sunday, a day when my office is closed, and no one was available to receive the package.
I would like to clarify that I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Myntra for quite some time, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I have always appreciated the prompt and reliable service that Myntra has provided, which is why this situation has left me greatly concerned.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter. As a customer, I have the right to receive the products I have purchased within the expected timeframe, and I expect a reasonable explanation for the discrepancy in the delivery status.
