Text of Complaint by Dhruvin Doshi:

Hi,

I have placed the order on 17th April 2023 for “Voltas 1 Ton 3 Star 123V CAZR Adjustable Inverter Split Air Conditioner with High Ambient Cooling (2022 Model)” from “DIRECT TELEVISION” .

On the 21st April the product was marked as delivered, which was not delivered and on the same day i made a complaint for the incorrect status change please see attached “Email 1” for the confirmation and the Agent told me to wait for “5 days” .

On 26th April I called amazon customer service as the product was not delivered. Agent said to wait for one more day if not received then call again, please see attached “Email 2”.

On 27th April I called again and an investigation was conducted and as per the latest update Agents said the product was intact delivered and can not help with me for any thing.

If you see the seller feedback form many buyers made the acquisition the product was marked delivered but the same has not been delivered.

I also received the mail from “[email protected]” stating that

“We recently reviewed your account for order activity details. Your order history shows that you have received a high number of refunds for items that were missing from your orders.
We know that occasional problems with orders are expected in the normal course of business. In these instances, a refund or replacement may be issued.”

which is incorrect as far now i have ordered only 3 items noted as below, and no items were returned or i have claimed refund.

1. Air cooler
2. Voltas AC
3. One Assist (protection plan for AC)
