I want to draw your kind attention towards the misbehavior and the cheating done by your delivery partner named DINESH PANDEY as stated by truecaller.
He called me to deliver the parcel but denied saying he won’t come to my door to deliver it. I insisted him saying please deliver it, in reply he said I am not coming upstairs, if you don’t want, I’ll go back. I said OK then I’ll raise a complaint against you.
Immediately I raises a complaint against him on Meesho. I was told by customer care support of Meesho that my product will be delivered by 7 pm that day itself that is 15-may-2024.
After 3-4 hours he continuously send me OTP 7 times in a row, that too within 2 minutes and marked my order as failed delivery attempt.
I again raised a complaint immediately on Meesho briefing this to them.
Again I got the same response that I’ll get my order.
At night around 9-10 I got a text message from your delivery agent that my product is delivered. Which is not true. He didn’t even called me after that one call in the day and marked my order as delivered because I raised a complaint against him.
I again raised a complaint against him hoping to get my order. It’s been 4 days since them, there’s no resolution to my complaint.
What is this behavior of your delivery partner. This is pathetic. I am tired of raising multiple complaints.
I want a resolution to this really soon.
