I am a frequent buyer at flipkart store giving business since 2015 and I had never issue with return and refund and also I don’t return any item after order without any valid reason, but this is the first time I can see so many problems with the return of this item, I have been told that technician will visit and after his comments I will get refund and if he gives satisfactory comment only then refund will be accepted or I will have to continue with this faulty product.

The problem with the product is that hdmi connection is not stable and it breaks sometimes, its happening sometimes so during technician visit may or may not be seen, it has problem of hang and I have taken this product seeing the ad of this TV as a smart tv but it doesnot support play store apps like netflix shows update error,looking it I can see it has minor to major issues.

It’s my request that i should get refund for this product.
