Dear Team,
I have order “AO Smith HSE-SHS-025 Storage 25 Litre Vertical Water Heater (Geyser) ABS Body” 2 times and every times Agent were giving false commitment and end of the day they update the order stating Item is not deliverable or Payment Failed or customer was not reachable. However they are not willing to deliver the item in both the cases.

I have been harassed for almost 3 days and end of the day item has been sent back to reseller.
I had a conversation with three Amazon Representative and their names are : Sarang, Komal, Kajal and at last call has been transferred to Reema she is a floor manager but no proper resolution has been provided to resolve the problem.,
