I order a mobile Redmi9i on 12th june 2021 with prepaid mode and the order is not yet confirmed by flipkart, when the time of booking the delivery time is 15th june 2021. I requested to them for cancel the order and refund the money, that time they are telling me the order is on hold. I don’t know to do, please help.
