I have order a wallet 2nos on 14 Jan. I did payment and the order delivery date was 29 Jan but they do not diliver my order i call to customer care so many time. They said ur order is diliverd by Gati courier. I call to Gati courier they said ur order will deliver u soon i m calling them since 1 and half week but they do no deliver my order yet. Not before two days i call them they ur order is cancle by Paytm mall i call paytm customer care they said no canceltion about ur order.cantact to Gati courier. again i contct to Gati courier they said we can not deliver ur order. Not i m irriterd between them no one is able to solve my problem and not giving my money back.
