I have ordered a wake fit mattress on 12th of December and the estimated delivery date is given as 19th to 22 dec but product is not delivered yet and when I call customer care they are telling me to wait for 48 hours again, which is not at all a good way to customer because it’s almost 10days from my ordered date and I am a prime customer and amazon advertises that prime members get the deliveries fast but still this item is not delivered yet to sya is 23rd dec
