Text of Complaint by Anu:

I’m anu, I ordered sweet from kanti sweets , kengeri, Bangalore.I placed 3 orders from the same shop On 23 rd August morning time. I was paid the full amount of rs 1763 through online banking. The customer boy didn’t called me and the order was canceled by himself. I did not get the ordered items and the delivery boy did not make atleast one phone call to me and he was canceled my order by himself.. Really insulting behavior. I want to refund my amount rs. 1763 immediately. I expect a good and sincere reply from zomato. I’m waiting for an immediate action.
