The product in question was defective and was filed for replacement well within window. The replacement was rejected due to mismatch in serial no. Then flipkart gave option for return. The return was again rejected by the courier boy. I was asked to provide photos of box and invoice. I did that and all further complaints are getting cancelled without even informing me. The case has been showing unresolved for more than 10 days. It’s unnecessary hassle for the customer. Kindly resolve the issue.
